Terms and Conditions of KYKA Centre Operations:

1. Khel Centre captain is directly responsible to zonal co-odinator.
2. No betting or drinking will be permitted within the facility premises. Centre Captain will be responsible for maintaining this discipline.
3. Centre Captain will report to a local team leader and produce membership records and accounts (if implemented) upon request.
4. Membership fees will be Rs 10/month. People could also subscribe annually at Rs 100/year
. Membership fees and any profits will belong to the Centre Captain. Zonal Co-ordinator of NYKA has the authority to waive off this fees.
5. Caretaker will have to maintain a record of members and it is mandatory to fill the provided membership form.
6. Termination of license : If any terms and conditions are violated the Zonal Co-ordinator has the authority to withdraw the license. Centre Captain will have to immediately handover material provided by NYKA upon termination.
7. Internal discipline at the Khel centre (as Gambling / Quarrelling / drinking / any other anti-social activity resulting in public disharmony etc ) will be the sole responsibility of the Khel centre captain.
8. Centre Captain will be responsible for the day to day upkeep of the khel centre.
9. Facility has to be open for at least 4 hours a day. Exact timings can be determined by the Centre Captain.. / zonal incharge can grant exemption to this rule on case to case basis.
10. Members must be between the ages of 15 yrs and above.
